Definition:

2. Student: a person who is studying or learning making use of this platform.
3. Seller: A person who makes use of this platform for selling. Instructor, Teacher, Lecturer or person who make use of this platform or medium for selling of courses or products or services (Product/ services do not include goods– a product which contains in physical form and has to be shipped through any courier partner/ movable property).
4. Buyer: A person who makes a purchase on this platform. Student or learner or trainee all comes under the same meaning of buyer. Buyer purchases by paying the course fee and get access to the enrolled courses on our platform.

Process of registration or signup into Nayago.in and responsibilities:

Seller or Instructor responsibilities:

1. Seller or Teacher Registration (applicable to all types of sellers):

• Teacher has to register from our dedicated signup page.
• Teacher has to provide all the details of their education qualifications, certifications (if any applicable), proof of address for communication.
• Teacher has to provide all legal documents for settlement of pay-outs of your announced course for which fees received from the students as per the payment policy. Aadhar, PAN, Bank Account details are mandatory, in case of any registered firm or company or agency provide the details of Goods and Service Tax Number (GST),In case of foreigners who are not citizens of India has to produce their passport and respective bank details to process pay-out after all deductions.
• If GST is not available seller have to give declaration that GST is not available as per the laws of India. Pay-outs will be settled to seller after deducting TDS as per Indian Laws.

1. After verifying all the documents of teacher or seller account will be activated on our platform
2. After activation of seller account, seller can enable to upload their course content details:

• Backend team of Nayago will verify the course content after uploaded by you.
• Such course content will be published on platform if it as per the guidelines and policy.
• Students or buyers can make access to courses by paying the course fee.
• In case of downloadable content buyer downloads the course directly.

1. If seller is making use of platform only for the purpose of registrations, then he can make use of our platform to connect with participants globally to get such course, Pay-outs will be settled as per the payment policy – in this case the course settlement pay-out will be released after completion of course. – Seller agrees for this type of payment policy in view of buyers under prevention of cheating and fraud.
2. Teacher can make use of our platform to host live classes to enrolled students by following all the guidelines as per the platform provided.
3. Nayago team or our teachers working with us directly their accounts will be created by Nayago and pay-out will be given as per the contract agreement on between Nayago and teacher.
4. Based on the registration on our portal we will provide badges to teachers as they are registered in name of our platform like registered teacher, registered trainee, registered professional etc., whenever it is applicable.
5. Teacher has to create quiz and any examination questions after competition of course to get the candidate certified in which he has enrolled.
6. Teacher has to review all the assignments and give necessary grades as well as marks to students by means of platform only.
7. Teachers has to abide by the rules and regulation set forth by government of India, and their respective nation.
8. When creating Submitted Content available for purchase on Nayago, you will be prompted to select a base price (“Base Price”) for your Submitted Content from a list of available price tiers. Alternatively, you may choose to offer your Submitted Content for free. As a premium instructor, you will also be given the opportunity to participate in certain promotional programs under the terms of our Promotions Policy (“Promotional Programs”).
9. Teacher has to clear all the doubts to students whenever it is raised by the student through our platform only. No teacher is supposing to communicate with student directly in any mode. If any such things come to our notice, we will deactivate such teacher account.
10. In case of seller will do any crime like stalking, harassment or which is an offence in the meaning of Indian Laws such teacher will be made 100% liable for his acts and Nayago will not involve in any such matters, and Nayago is not made liable for any damages or loss incurred because of such issues.
11. In future after completion of course the teacher is not allowed to talk to student in any way, if any consequences come after the course completion, Nayago is not at all responsible for any such acts and Nayago is not made liable for any damages or loss incurred because of such issues.
12. In case of any student is withdraw from the course the pay-out will be calculated as per the cancellation policy given to buyer. Pay-out for the continuing candidates’ will be released as per the time lines mentioned as per our payment policy.
13. Seller agrees that same courses will be available by different sellers on this platform, there is no such restriction that any particular courses will be given to a particular seller only. Any Registered seller on nayago.in can sell their course without any restriction by following the national and international policies.
14. Teachers intended to teach yoga or related to yoga, any thigs related to Indian Heritage and cultural they have to take care before publishing or uploading or taking any such courses. Teacher has to take full responsibility in case of any false statements or any things which will disturb the nation or nations relationships. Such kind of things will be immediately deleted and such teachers will be kept in black list. Nayago doesn’t bare any losses or damages in any way as the teacher have to complete burden.
15. In case of yoga or any other type of courses teachers have to teach as per their local nations’ guidelines too. Before taking such sessions teacher have to check all the local guidelines, in preventions of the our and their nations pride.
16. If student or buyer feels that the downloaded content is not related to actual content mentioned in the course description is completely different from the downloaded content in such cases the buyer or student has to bring this to the notice of the Nayago and you can raise a request for refund. In such cases Nayago shall provide 100% of refund, and seller account of such account will be suspended or kept in temporary blocked or deactivated after proper investigation by our team of experts. Example: Student purchased a course or downloadable content of Java course then the content is related to python course in such types we will refund or provide the corrected content. If you opted for yoga course content but you got downloaded things of ayurveda in such case also we refund or provide the exact content. If any fake content uploaded on our platform, then such seller account will be deactivated completed. Seller or teacher has to agree for this term to deactivate their account in full on Nayago platform.

Buyer or student responsibilities:

1. Buyer or Student Registration (applicable to all types users):

• Student has to register from our dedicated signup page.
• Student has to provide all the details necessary to attend the course, any certificates (if any applicable), proof of address for communication, details such as Exact name as per certificates, date of birth, education qualifications – if necessary, contact number, any related information required to attend the course.
• Student has to provide all legal documents for settlement of refund in case of dropout or withdraw from the course which you have purchased or enrolled for which fees received from you as per the refund policy after deducting the GST as per Indian Laws. Aadhar, PAN, Bank Account details are mandatory, in case of any registered firm or company or agency provide the details of Goods and Service Tax Number (GST), In case of foreigners who are not citizens of India has to produce their passport and respective bank details to process refunds.

1. After verifying all the documents of Student or buyer, they may be allowed to attend such courses – if this clause is necessary to attend such course. Example: to attend yoga classes participants has to submit mentally and physically fit certificate.
2. After completion of registration and signup process for buyer account, buyer can enable to surf course content details to select right course:

• Backend team of Nayago will verify the course content after uploaded to prevent if any unwanted content or any sexual things enclosed- if you find any such vulgar things or any sexual content bring it to our notice, we will remove such content and take necessary action as per our policy against content uploader.
• Such course content published on platform if it as per the guidelines and policy if you feel any violation bring it to our notice.
• Students or buyers can access to courses by paying the course fee.
• In case of downloadable content buyer downloads the course directly.

1. If buyer is making use of platform only for the purpose of registrations, then student has to accept that Nayago is nowhere liable for any losses incurred to him in case of any violations. This course was not conducting on our platform and nowhere we are not having any acess to such content or course to review or verify before it is made available to students from the sellers end whether it is through virtual classes or their own medium. Refund and return policy applicable to such courses also. Refund will be settled as per the Refund policy – in this case the course Refund will be released as per policy. – Buyer agrees for this type of payment policy in view of seller’s prevention under prevention of cheating and fraud. Student agrees that it is your responsibility to check before enrolling whether the refund policy is applicable or not before enrolling. In case of no refund after purchasing the course – no refund policy will be applicable.
2. Student can make use of our platform to attend live classes for enrolled course by following all the guidelines as per the platform provided.
3. Based on the registration on our portal we will provide badges to Students as they are registered in name of our platform like Certified, registered Student, registered trainee, registered professional etc., whenever it is applicable.
4. Your credentials are allowed to attend the course till the course is happening, there is no provision to access the course for life time. All content makes available to some specific period.
5. Student has to clear all quiz and any examination after competition of course to get certified in which you have enrolled. We are not giving any guarantee that certificate is globally valid there will be restrictions based on that particular place, area, local governments.
6. Student has to clear all the assignments and give get necessary grades as well as marks to complete the course.
7. Students has to abide by the rules and regulation set forth by government of India, and their respective nation.
8. Student can ask any doubt if they have and clear it from your teacher during course happening time only and through our platform only. No Student is allowed to communicate with teacher directly in any mode. If any such things come to our notice, we will take necessary action against Student account, our intention is to prevent from occurrence of future consequences.

Students intended to attend yoga or related to yoga, any thigs related to Indian Heritage and cultural they to check all the details of refund and any such information before paying course fee and taking such courses. Student has to take full responsibility in case of any false statements or fake documents produced or any things which will disturb the nation or nations relationships. Such kind of incidents comes to our notice immediately we will remove from course and such Students will be kept remove from course and account will be deactivated. Nayago doesn’t bare any losses or damages in any way as the student have to face complete burden. In case of any nuisance during live course commences, student will be warned and still the same is happen we will remove them from course for that day, and the same will repeat again and again such candidate will be removed from course and no refund will be given to them. Student has to maintain proper dignity while pursuing the courses.
14. In case of yoga or any other type of courses Students have to attend the courses as per their local nations’ guidelines too. Before taking such courses Student have to check all the local guidelines, in preventions of the our and your nations pride.
15. Students will be given 1 or 2 times to retake the final assessment for free of cost to complete course and get certificate. In some course the candidate has to re-appear by paying the assessment fee or by re-enrolling to course as per the course publisher’s decision.
16. Students has to attend the live classes as per the schedule and there is n provision for the reconducting of such class. It is under the sole discretion of teacher whether to reconduct or revise such content, student allows ask the teacher to revise the topic only once, in case of recorded content is made available the candidate can view such videos.
17. If Nayago finds that any cheating, proxy, copying or any violation in getting certification, such certificate will be cancelled immediately.
18. Student agrees to keep his contact details, name and certificate number in public view for verifying by any agency. Student also agrees to share such information to any company in view of any job offers or in view of expertise support to such company or organisation.
19. Nayago not give any guarantee that our certificate is valid globally, in case of any certification provided by the international certification agencies such certificates were valid as per their respective polices, students may refer their respective websites. Students have to give any assessment or register in their respective countries as per their local government laws.
20. Students can purchase the programs from our affiliate partners who made their respective courses available on Nayago, in such courses the student have to obey as per their policies. Where in such courses Nayago is marketing partner to such content or courses made available on our platform. In case of refund from the external course providers platforms, we recommend to contact such course providers company for any refund- Nayago refund policy is not applicable for such courses. Student agrees that Nayago is not responsible for any losses or damages in any form. If any fraud happens kindly bring it to our notice and we will take necessary steps prevent others from attending such courses.
21. Student agrees that it is their responsibility to check the course details before enrolling like details of teacher or instructor, company, refund policy, course tenure, mode of assessment, complexity and level of course, pre-requisites to attend and complete such course, validity of certification and all the related information about such course. Nayago is not responsible for any loss or damages happen to student in attending such courses.
22. If student or buyer feels that the downloaded content is not related to actual content mentioned in the course description is completely different from the downloaded content in such cases the buyer or student has to bring this to the notice of the Nayago and you can raise a request for refund. In such cases Nayago shall provide 100% of refund, and seller account of such account will be suspended or kept in temporary blocked or deactivated after proper investigation by our team of experts. Example: Student purchased a course or downloadable content of Java course then the content is related to python course in such types we will refund or provide the corrected content. If you opted for yoga course content but you got downloaded things of ayurveda in such case also we refund or provide the exact content. In such cases refund will be processed to source account or account provided by buyer or student in 15 to 30 days.

Admission Process in University or College or Institution affiliated courses:

1. The student has to follow the admission process laid down as per the university or colleges or institutions. Before enrolling into any course on our platform the student has to verify all the terms and eligibility criteria of the course.
2. Post matching the eligibility criteria the student is allowed to take the admission into any Private, Regular, Distance, Parttime or Fulltime courses offered by Nayago affiliated Universities or Institutes or organisations or colleges.

• In case of any disputed in taking the course the decision of the course provider shall be final and in no matter Nayago or its platform provider companies are responsible for any loses.

1. Our platform provides all the verified course only.
2. Candidates has to abide with and by the rules and regulations of the course providers only.
3. Candidates has to compile with any pre-qualification examinations to qualify in getting admission, or to give examinations to clear the courses as per the course provider only. No way Nayago Platform is responsible in giving results, admissions, certifications in any form, or any other administrative part comes in courses post registration.

• University or institution directly offered courses can’t get refund once after payment of admission or examination or tuition fee.
